Use of Web Site
You can view and use the Newboro House Bed &
Breakfast home page and browse our Web site without disclosing any
personal information. However, anonymous statistics about visits to
the site and to individual pages are tracked for the purposes of
better understanding our potential clientele and continually
improving our service to them.

Subscription to Newletter
Once implemented, our quarterly e-mail newsletter will
be sent only to subscribers who actively ask to receive it. We
hate spam and will not sell, rent, loan, auction, trade, or
do anything else with the e-mail address that you entrust to us. You
may opt out of your subscription at any time by sending us an
e-mail message, by telephoning us, or by writing to us at our postal
address (found at the end of this page).

Guest Bookings
If you wish to reserve accommodation —
including through any automated booking software that may eventually
be added to our Web site — we will collect the personal
information necessary to handle your booking. This information
normally includes

- Mailing address
- Telephone number(s)
- E-mail address
- Credit card number and expiry (for a reservation deposit)
- Information related to any need you may have for special
services
We use your individual information only to communicate
with you about your reservation, to process your reservation deposit,
and to make arrangements for your comfort and convenience while you
are our guest. We use guest information in aggregate to appropriately
target our purchases of print and Web advertising. Unless compelled
by law to do so, we will not disclose any of your personal
information to others under any circumstances.

Retention and Safety of Your Information
Business records that contain your personal information
(for example, room sales) are held for the period required by law.
We keep names, addresses, telephone numbers, and e-mail addresses
in a computer database. Credit card information is kept solely on
paper. We take appropriate technical and physical measures to
protect the personal data that we collect from unauthorized access
or modification, improper use or disclosure, and loss or unlawful
destruction.

Requests to Us About Your Information
To find out if we are keeping personal information about
you or to obtain a copy of any data about you that we have on file,

Our report will be provided to you free of charge, within seven
days of your request; however, we will require proof of your
identity before we release any of your information.
At any time, you may request to have the data that we hold
about you amended or erased (except for room sales data, which, for
legal purposes, must be retained for a statutory period).
